This is the final step in the HANDLE.NET^® Software download and registration process, to be completed only after you have downloaded and installed the software, accepted the terms of the Service Agreement, and registered to become a Resolution Service Provider. Your sitebndl.zip file, generated during handle server configuration, must be sent to the Handle System Administrator in order to create and activate your prefix.
